A renovated industrial loft transformed into a multi‑discipline arts centre — a celebration of creativity in music, dance, painting, photography and exhibition programming.

Overview: This detailed model recreates a repurposed factory-style building with an exhibition hall on the ground floor, a shared music academy and ballet studio on the first floor, and a painting academy plus photographic studio on the second. The rooftop hosts glamorous openings with city views, and a working glass elevator provides access to every level. The design draws on industrial lofts common to New York and other American cities rather than any single real building.

Key features:

• Folding modular design: displays either opened (full interior access) or closed, with a fully finished exterior in both modes
• Working elevator mechanism that moves and stops at each floor
• Industrial-style window treatments inspired by garage roller-door sections
• Three new ground‑floor storage spaces added to hold alternate art pieces

Designer notes: Originally submitted as “The Art Centre,” this rebuilt and refined Series 6 version improves aesthetics, structural columns, sidewalks and internal functionality compared with earlier iterations.
