Returns & Refunds
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your goods arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will then credit your account or allow an exchange. We do not refund for change of mind.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Books and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept flammable liquids or gases like spray cans.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Gift Vouchers
* All Trading Cards and Trading Card Game items (TCG) including, but not limited to Booster Packs, Boxes and Cases, Decks and Collections
* Lego Collectable Minifigures
* All sale and clearance items, which are sold as-is and may have signs of shelf wear
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our products are always genuine and of the highest quality available, but in the event that an item received is defective, is faulty, or is just incorrectly packed, please contact us at info@m-g.com.au within 14 days and we will endeavour to work with you to solve the issue as quickly as possible. Please include a photo of the issue as it may help us resolve your claim.
If you are missing components from a game, parts from a Lego set or jigsaw puzzle pieces, our recommendation is to contact Lego or the game/puzzle publisher directly as they will often be able to provide the missing parts or pieces quickly. If you are unable to contact them, then let us know and we will aim to help you as best we can to resolve your issue.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
