Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and Sendle.

We have a flat-rate shipping cost as follows:

• Standard Parcel Post: $12.50 AUD
• Standard Parcel Post is FREE for orders over $250
• Express Post: $20 AUD

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.

We also offer free local pickup, through our Hawthorn, Malvern and Northcote stores.
Pickup will be available during regular business trading hours. Your order may take up to 3 business days to collate.
Once the pickup order is ready for collection, an email will be sent to let you know your order has been finalised.

Delivery time for Australia Post and Sendle can vary based on the destination and current work load. The average time is typically between 2 – 7 business days for delivery. For Express Post the average time is typically between 1 – 3 business days.

Please allow extra time for public holidays, weekends and especially during busy periods.

We are not responsible for the actions of our delivery partners. They are not affiliated with Mind Games, and any issues with Sendle or Australia Post must be taken up directly with them.

All items leave our stores in new condition, unless otherwise stated. We are not be responsible for items damaged in transit. If you have an item arrive damaged, please let us know and we will do what we can to accommodate.

Please note that Mind Games does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been deemed lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or undelivered. We may not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or undelivered. Please use your provided tracking number to locate your order.

At this time we do not offer international shipping. If you want us to ship outside Australia, please contact us and we will see what can be arranged.
