Description
Recreate the dramatic clashes of World War II in Memoir ’44, the accessible yet deeply engaging two-player strategy game where the Allied and Axis forces face off across some of history’s most iconic battlefields. With scenarios inspired by Omaha Beach, Pegasus Bridge, Operation Cobra, the Ardennes and more, each mission mirrors real historical terrain, troop placement and objectives, letting players experience fast, tactical decision-making on an authentically themed battlefield.
The double-sided hex game board supports both beach landings and countryside engagements, while Command and Tactic cards let players deploy infantry, paratroopers, tanks, artillery and even resistance fighters to maximise their strengths. Though the rules are simple by design, success demands smart card play, well-timed dice rolls and adaptable planning. The box is packed with components including 144 detailed army miniatures, 36 obstacles, 60 Command cards, 44 Special Terrain tiles, 8 custom dice and a large double-sided map.
Designed for two but fully compatible with team play, Memoir ’44 also expands into large-scale Overlord scenarios using multiple boards for up to eight players. With 30–60 minute playtime and over 15 scenarios included, players can easily fight both sides of a battle in a single session.
