Regicide Crown Duels

Description

Regicide — Crown Duels

A sharp, two-player duel of swords, sorcery and slow corruption, built on the familiar clarity of a 52‑card deck.

Players step into the shoes of decadent monarchs and their retinues, arming themselves with weapons and armour, weaving spells, and corrupting their holdings to power brutal, escalating attacks. Crown Duels preserves Regicide’s elegant card-driven combat and hand-management tension while tightening every decision into a focused head-to-head contest: choose when to commit a powerful combo, bluff through a feint, or drain your opponent’s tempo with a perfectly timed defence.

Key features

• Classic 52‑card gameplay: uses a standard deck (casino-quality, German black core stock with linen finish) so mechanics are instantly familiar yet deceptively deep.
• Two-player focus: every play is a direct confrontation; reading the opponent’s hand and sequencing plays matters more than ever.
• Card-play conflict resolution & hand management: arm, cast, and empower cards to build momentum; manage resources and risk to avoid catastrophic overextension.
• Thematic corruption: equipment and spells both grant power and fuel the creeping corruption mechanic that amplifies late-game swings and creates dramatic finishes.
• Portable or sleeve-ready packaging: choose the regular thin box for maximum portability or the larger box if you sleeve your deck (sleeves sold separately). Contents are identical between sizes.
